FAVORITE FLY PATTERNS DRIES: Two Feather, Thorax Callibaetis, and Comparadun.

WETS: Damsel nymphs, Richard's Stillwater nymph, Rickard's olive or tan Callibaetis, Rob's Fly, Soft hackle hare's ear, Paul's Dragonbugger, Carey Specials, midge pupa, and prince nymphs.

WOOLYBUGGERS & LEECHES: Rickard's Sealbugger, Minnowbuggers, South Twin Specials, Cascade Specials, Wolflick's buggers, and Matukas.
CATCH Mostly rainbow trout - not uncommon to catch fish over 2 pounds.
CONDITIONS Best months are April, May, June, September, and October. Davis needs good winter snowmelt to fill the lake. This is a trophy trout fishery. It is fly fishing only.
 EQUIPMENT RODS: 4 wt to 7 wt.
LINES: Floaters, intermediate, stillwater, # II full sink, # III full sink.
